Viewings - Looking for a property can be both exciting and stressful, so we understand the importance of making viewings easy and enjoyable. We will aim to do what works best for you, whether you need a lift from the closest station because its pouring down, you want to meet at our office because you’re not familiar with the area, you have Mum, dad and Auntie May that want to come an inspect the new Pad but nobody drives, or you only have 2 minutes and need to whizz around really quickly. Just let us know and we will try to accommodate as best we can. Tate Woodburn company cars are fully insured and can carry up to 5 passengers including driver, good news for Auntie May.... We also have child seats* available on request.
We will always provide Vendors/Landlords/Current tenants with a minimum 24 hours notice for viewings, and feedback will always be provided, even if the viewing is unsuccessful, our clients will always be kept informed.

You may have questions like, I have just rented a flat but...what is an inventory, and do I need one? What day does the bin go out? Where’s the gas meter? What if I lose my key and the Landlords not around? How do I switch off the water if I go on holiday? On move in day Tate Woodburn will meet you at the property with your key/s, provide you with an inventory report and walk you through any functions or features that may need explaining. You will be able to ask any question and our team member will be happy to assist.
